Cliff Murphy

Cliff Murphy joined A|P in June 2026 and brings over six years of real estate experience. Before joining A|P, he worked in Capital Markets at JLL (formerly HFF), specializing in investment sales within the affordable housing sector. During his tenure at JLL, he participated in the closing of over $5 billion in affordable housing transaction volume across more than 20 states. His experience spans a variety of assets subject to affordable housing restrictions, including LIHTC, Project-Based Section 8 (HAP), USDA RD, HOPE VI, and properties financed with HOME funds. He graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in English.
