Crystal Goodly

Crystal brings more than 14 years of senior leadership in affordable housing, with extensive experience across asset management, multi-family property operations, and regulatory compliance. Most recently, Crystal served as an Asset Manager and Vice President of Compliance at Ojala Partners, LP, where she oversaw a twelve-property multi-family portfolio, designed the compliance reporting frameworks, repositioned distressed assets, leased 85 Project-Based Voucher units in under three months, and earned outstanding ratings, including perfect NSPIRE inspection scores at multiple sites, across HUD, TDHCA, PFC, and CDBG audits.

Earlier in her career, Crystal served as Community Manager at RPM, where she oversaw two multi-family properties and led the conversion of a conventional asset to a multi-family/HUD operating model, supervising leasing, maintenance, and resident services teams while training site staff on voucher programs, inspections, and state and federal audits.

A recognized expert in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit administration, Crystal holds the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation from NAHB and the Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) credential from NCHM. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Xavier University of Louisiana.
