Erika joined A|P in 2026 and oversees a portfolio of more than 2,000 units across several Texas markets. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, Erika is a multifamily executive with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and complex real estate developments across the nation.

 She earned a degree in business with a concentration in real estate, bringing a unique combination of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and the ability to navigate changing market conditions through analysis of product demand and trends. Her expertise spans new construction lease-ups and luxury mixed-use multifamily and retail developments through every stage of the property life cycle, from groundbreaking and pre-leasing through lease-up, stabilization and sale. Erika has also held leadership roles in many areas of the industry, including acquisitions, revenue ops, and accounting, giving her a comprehensive perspective on real estate development and performance.

Erika’s journey into multifamily began after becoming a Realtor, when a curiosity about the growing preference for renting over homeownership led her to explore the multifamily sector. Throughout her career, Erika has consistently delivered results in some of the most challenging markets across multiple states, earning Manager of the Year honors in both 2017 and 2018. While performance is central to her leadership philosophy, she considers her greatest accomplishments to be the high-performing teams she has built and the leaders she has developed and inspired.
