Ginger Ashton

Ginger Ashton, CAM, joined A|P as a Regional Manager in Atlanta, GA, in August 2016. She was promoted to Director of Regional Operations for Georgia and North Carolina in 2017, and in 2023, she advanced to VP of Operations. With over 29 years of experience in real estate, Ginger specializes in market-rate housing, renovations, and new construction sites. She oversees a regional team and manages the operations for 6,015 units throughout Georgia, North Carolina, Maryland, and Washington, DC.

She began her career in property management as a Leasing Agent. Within a month, she was promoted to Assistant Manager, and a year later, she became a Property Manager. Before joining A|P, she advanced from Property Manager to Regional Manager in 2006 after successfully stabilizing a lease-up. Over the years, she has managed markets in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts. Her experience also includes overseeing numerous acquisitions, new constructions, sales, renovations, and core deals.

She holds the CAM designation and serves as the Georgia Apartment Association Foundation (GAAF) Chair. Additionally, she is a member of The University of Georgia's Residential Property Management Board and participates in the Government Affairs and Education committees of the Atlanta Apartment Association.
