Jill Walton

Jill is the new Regional Manager for A|P’s DC and Maryland markets, overseeing a diverse portfolio of communities in the area. With over 30 years of multifamily experience, including 21 years as a Regional Manager, she has successfully managed lease-ups, market-rate, and tax credit properties. A highly motivated and dedicated leader, Jill’s core values align closely with A|P’s mission, and she holds both the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) certifications from the National Apartment Association. Recognized for her expertise and leadership, Jill continues to drive results while mentoring and inspiring her teams.
