Tyler James

Tyler James began his career with Atlantic Pacific Companies in 2022 as a Financial Analyst on the market-rate team after graduating from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. During his time at A|P, he has gained experience across market-rate, affordable, and newly developed communities.

He currently serves as an Asset Manager, where he oversees more than 3,500 units within the company’s LIHTC portfolio and manages daily asset management responsibilities.
