William Morford

William serves as the VP Controller for Market Rate. William joined A|P in 2016 as a Property Accountant in the Atlanta corporate office. Upon his arrival, William established himself as a key individual in the accounting department and began to develop as a go-to individual. In 2019, William was promoted to Senior Property Accountant and continued his growth in both accounting knowledge and leadership skills. In 2021, William was promoted to Accounting Manager. As Accounting Manager, he has proven his abilities in both financial acumen and leadership and team oversight. While managing a full-time career, William obtained his CPA license.
