David Alvardo

David Alvarado began his career as a groundskeeper, bringing with him experience in various areas, including unit punching, technology, renovation, carpentry, construction, and maintenance supervision. His work spans multiple property types, such as conventional, garden-style, mixed-use, townhomes, mid-rise, high-rise buildings, and affordable housing, both renovated and new construction. Currently, he serves as a Regional Maintenance Supervisor at Atlantic Pacific Companies.

With 25 years of experience, David has gained extensive knowledge in AC troubleshooting, unit punching, and the underlying causes of technical repairs. After obtaining his EPA certification, he was ready for advancement. He was promoted to Punch Technician and moved onsite shortly after. David then worked as a carpenter with a traveling renovation crew, rehabilitating several properties.

Seeking stability, he was the Technician at a small two-person property in Georgia. 2013 David relocated to Florida, where he participated in Maintenance Mania, achieving a Top 3 finish for three consecutive years from 2016 to 2018. He has worked for several multifamily companies, including AMLI, Greystar, First Communities, and Altman.
