Development Manager

Eduardo Valle is the Development Manager at Atlantic Pacific Companies with extensive experience in real estate development, particularly affordable housing. He has managed key phases of major projects including Atlantic Station, Miami-Dade County’s largest transit-oriented development as of 2024, overseeing 616 workforce housing units. His experience also includes developing Northside Transit Village (600 units) and over 500 units in Texas with expertise in fostering public-private partnerships. He serves as the chair of ULI South Florida’s Young Leaders Group, where he is committed to helping build the region’s next generation of land use and real estate development industry leaders. Prior to joining A|P, he worked for Lloyd Jones, a Miami-based development and private equity firm, where he focused on the acquisition, development, and project management of multifamily and senior housing investments across Florida, Texas, and the Southeast region. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Finance from Stony Brook University in New York.  As a former NCAA Division I athlete, he brings discipline and teamwork to his work, focusing on inclusive and sustainable developments.
