Jermaine Moncur
Jermaine Moncur, PHR, leads the HR team at Atlantic Pacific Companies, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, IT and benefits. With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and more than 5 years specializing in recruitment within the hospitality industry, Jermaine drives policies that enhance the recruitment and retention of top talent at A|P. He collaborates closely with A|P leadership to engage and develop current employees.
Before joining Atlantic Pacific Companies, Jermaine held various HR roles focused on improving talent acquisition and performance results while ensuring regulatory compliance. He has been recognized for his achievements, including a 90% retention rate, and has been honored twice as an “Exceptional Training Leader” for his excellence in management development and maintaining low team and management turnover.
In 2022, Jermaine was honored by South Florida Business and Wealth for excellence in HR. He holds a bachelor’s in business administration and HR and is a certified Professional in Human Resources
