Lake Barnes

Lake Barnes, CAM, ARM, is a seasoned multifamily operations leader with over 17 years of experience driving performance, developing talent, and optimizing asset operations across multiple markets. She currently serves as Director of Operations for Texas, overseeing a portfolio of more than 6,000 units and leading strategic initiatives focused on occupancy growth, financial performance, and operational consistency.

Lake joined Atlantic Pacific in December 2017 and has progressed through key leadership roles, including Property Manager and Regional Manager. Throughout her tenure, she has successfully led acquisitions, stabilized underperforming assets, and implemented operational strategies that have resulted in measurable improvements in NOI, revenue growth, and expense control. She is recognized for her ability to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and build high-performing teams that consistently deliver results.

Lake earned her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation in 2015 and her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) credential through the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2017. She is also a graduate of Leadership Lyceum, has served multiple years on the Board of Directors for the Fort Worth Apartment Association, and is currently a CPM Candidate.
