Matthew Cohen

A seasoned financial professional currently serving as VP at A|P Credit Partners, a subsidiary of A|P Companies. In this role, he oversees a wide range of lending activities, leveraging his extensive experience in asset management and financial analysis. Before joining A|P Credit Partners, Matthew held the position of VP of Loan Workout at Rialto Capital, managing a $1.2 billion portfolio of 166 balance sheet loans and an additional $1.0 billion in non-performing CMBS loans. During his tenure, he underwrote over $3.4 billion in CMBS and non-performing loans. Matthew graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration and a Minor in Real Estate Finance. In 2024, he attained his CFA Charter after successfully passing the CFA Level III exam in September 2023.
