Oren Hon

Oren Hon is a managing partner at Blue Atlantic Partners. Previously, Mr. Hon was CEO of Elad National Properties – a company with over $1.1 billion AUM, over 10,000 multifamily residential units in 35 properties and eight states as well as 1 million SF of office and hotels. Prior to Elad, he served as VP of Mergers & Acquisitions for Gazit Globe (NYSE:GZT), with over $20 billion AUM of commercial real estate where he led transactions in excess of $1 billion. Mr. Hon began his career as an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Merrill Lynch Investment Banking Group in New York, where he focused on real estate and operating companies. He holds a BS from Stern School of Business at New York University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
