Rana Nisbeth

Rana Nisbeth is the Director of Regional Operations and an experienced property management professional with more than 17 years of experience in affordable housing. She joined Atlantic Pacific Companies in 2018 as a Property Manager and has continued to advance through the organization.

Throughout her career with Atlantic Pacific Companies, Rana has served as a Multi-Site Property Manager, District Manager, and Regional Manager. In these roles, she has overseen numerous affordable housing communities throughout South Florida, including Seventh Avenues, Amber Gardens, Residences at Dr. King, Northside, Culmer Place, Island Living, Washington Square, and Green Turnkey Plaza.

Rana’s extensive operational experience, leadership, and knowledge of affordable housing have contributed to her continued growth within the organization. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and attending comedy shows at the Improv.
