Stephanie Gonzales

Stephanie Gonzales brings over 14 years of experience in the multifamily affordable housing industry, with a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence. She began her journey at The Bristol Apartments in February 2021 as a Property Manager with Atlantic Pacific Companies. By September 2021, her exceptional performance earned her a promotion to Senior Manager, overseeing both an established site and a lease-up community.

In July 2022, she was promoted to District Manager, where she successfully managed nine communities across San Antonio and Austin. Her dedication and achievements were recognized in 2023 when she was named District Manager of the Year.

Continuing her upward trajectory, she was promoted to Regional Manager in August 2023, taking charge of three established sites and two lease-up communities. Her outstanding contributions to the industry were further acknowledged in 2024 when she was honored as Regional Manager of the Year.

With over 10 years of prior property management experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge, strategic vision, and a passion for delivering high-quality affordable housing solutions to the communities she serves.
