Augusto Taylhardat

Augusto joined A|P in 2013 and quickly established himself as a standout leader. By 2014, he was promoted to Property Manager at The Atlantic Doral, where the community earned Property of the Year, and he was recognized as Property Manager of the Year in 2015. His success at the property level paved the way for his promotion to Regional Manager in 2019, overseeing a portfolio of South Florida communities, including third-party partnerships and multiple lease-ups. In 2023, Augusto’s leadership and portfolio performance earned him the title of Regional Manager of the Year and a promotion to Senior Regional Manager. Today, as Director, he leads a 4,000+ unit portfolio across Florida and Tennessee, guiding teams through high-profile initiatives such as a signature high-rise lease-up starting next month and the successful completion of a 200-unit affordable lease-up. Recognized for his ability to drive results while developing strong teams, Augusto continues to shape A|P’s growth and success.
