Janae is the Director of Regional Operations for the affordable housing division in Florida. With over 17 years of experience in affordable housing and multifamily operations, she began her career as a Leasing Agent in 2007. Her leadership and proven performance led to rapid promotions to Assistant Manager and then Property Manager. Before her current role, she served as a Regional Manager and Compliance Director, where she drove operational efficiency and led high-performing teams. She holds multiple industry certifications, including HCCP, COS, and HOTMA, underscoring her expertise in compliance.
