Greg Sams

Greg Sams joined Atlantic Pacific Companies in December 2014 as a Maintenance Supervisor in Georgia. Known for his leadership and technical expertise, Greg played a key role in the successful operations of his property and served

as a trusted mentor and trainer to fellow maintenance team members. In recognition of his contributions, Greg was promoted to Regional Maintenance Supervisor in June 2022. He currently oversees maintenance operations in

Washington, D.C. and Maryland and also supports teams across Georgia and North Carolina.
