Nicole Steklasa serves as the leader of the Human Resources team for Atlantic Pacific Companies, overseeing a comprehensive department that includes recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and benefits.
With more than 25 years of HR experience, she brings a deep commitment to people, service, and organizational excellence. Nicole’s career began at Walt Disney World, where she built a strong foundation in delivering exceptional customer service. She later held internal HR roles at Target and went on to serve with ADP as a Client Service Executive, during which time she first partnered with A|P more than 18 years ago.
Outside of her professional achievements, Nicole remains actively involved with her family and community.
