Joseph A. Roig

Joey Roig is the COO of Construction for A|P Companies and is responsible for construction oversight for all A|P new construction projects in Florida and Texas. He is a State of Florida licensed General Contractor and the qualifier of Atlantic Pacific Community Builders. During his tenure at A|P, he has led the construction of more than $1.2B in affordable and market-rate multi-family construction projects. 

Prior to joining A|P Companies in 2011, Mr. Roig served in executive roles representing both developers and contractors, including Lennar, Taubco, and Miller & Soloman. Mr. Roig's construction experience includes multi-family, mixed-use, retail, office, and condominiums.
