Laura Van Gorden

Laura Van Gorden is the Senior Vice President of Construction for A|P Companies, providing financial, project management, and staffing oversight on more than $850MM in affordable and market-rate multi-family construction projects.  

Prior to joining A|P Companies in 2018, Ms. Van Gorden held positions in project management, development, asset management, and CMBS special servicing with Rialto Capital and Lennar, among other South Florida developers and general contractors. Ms. Van Gorden earned a Master of Science in Construction Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
