Lissette Sabatino

Lissette Sabatino brings more than 25 years of multifamily industry experience to her role as Chief of Operations at A|P, where she has been a driving force since joining the company in 2002. Today, she provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for a 22,000+ unit portfolio across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Maryland, Washington D.C., and Texas, supported by a dedicated team of more than 350 employees.

In this capacity, Lissette leads the company’s executive team in property management, marketing, and learning & development, ensuring operational excellence while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. She works closely with asset owners and partners to maximize portfolio performance—delivering results through fiscal discipline, revenue growth strategies, and asset preservation initiatives.

Over the course of her career, Lissette has excelled in every phase of property management, including new development and acquisition, revenue management, operations, marketing, and training. She is recognized for her ability to build and mentor high-performing teams, implement scalable operational systems, and drive organizational success in a competitive marketplace.

Lissette attended Florida International University and holds professional designations as a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS). She is an active member of both the Southeast Florida Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association, contributing to industry advancement and advocacy.
