Teonna Rector

Teonna is the Director of Regional Operations for the Affordable Housing Region in Texas. With 15 years of industry experience, she has a wide range of expertise, including market-rate, affordable, senior living, and lease-up properties. She began her career as a leasing agent and quickly advanced to leadership roles. Before joining A|P, she served as Director of Communities and then Director of Operations at The Housing Authority of Bexar County. Among her achievements are completing a 240-unit lease-up in four months and receiving a perfect score on an initial audit.
