Zac Surujon

Zac Surujon is the Construction Project Executive at A|P Companies, overseeing some of our most complex projects. Since joining A|P in 2015, Mr. Surujon has managed a diverse range of projects, from market-rate to affordable housing, encompassing low-rise, mid-rise, and high-rise developments in both Florida and Texas. In his 10+ years with A|P, he has led the construction of over 1,600 units totaling more than $400MM in construction costs.

Zac is an A|P Lifer — starting with A|P immediately after earning a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Management from Dickinson College.
